Ten Steps to a Repeat Client
Do you want to see your schedule full this week? Two weeks out? A month out?! The key to keeping your schedule full is by creating a consistent, superior customer experience through all ten steps. By putting these steps in action, you’ll get the same great clients coming back plus they will tell all their friends and family to come see you too! This four-hour intensive workshop will give you what you need to fill your schedule and build your business. MMC breaks it down into actionable steps that you can take and implement immediately after the course.

Forearms, Flow and Draping
Are your hands and wrists giving you trouble? Want to start using your forearms before your hands are a problem? The fact of the matter is, our hands will not hold up to a lifetime of massage so whether you are new to massage therapy or have a few years in, this 3 hour one-on-one course is a must for all therapists hoping for a long career in this rewarding field. MMC doesn’t just give you tips to using your forearms but provides a full body, 60 minute sequence using 90% forearms. Training focuses on depth of pressure, body mechanics, flow, transitions and draping. Being one-on-one, the instructor can immediately adjust your posture and assist in making sure you are getting the technique correct with lots of feedback from the model on the table. It is recommended that two RMT’s take the course, so they can continue to work on each other post course to perfect their skills but you can also provide your own model.

A caring and accomplished professional with over 25 years experience in massage therapy.
In my own business of 18 years, I found a love for teaching and trained my staff on the use of forearms, developed our clinics signature massage, our hot and cold stone massage and trained all staff on it, as well as developed the Ten Steps to a Repeat Client. I developed systems, checklists, treatments and training programs to meet and exceed the high level of service our clients had come to expect. Consistency of training through all levels of staffing was key. With these standards of practice in place, I got my time back, the staff knew exactly what was expected of them, and they took great pride in our highly reviewed clinic knowing they were all part of that outcome.
Combining my experience as both a therapist and owner, I am eager to consult with other therapists and clinic owners to build on their success, fill their schedules, and create a consistent, superior customer experience through all levels of staffing.

Ten Steps to a Repeat Client
Is your massage practice all you hoped it would be? Are you unsure of what you need to do to build a stronger, more reliable client base? Take Ten Steps to a Repeat Client and you will:
- Learn the ten steps or touchpoints that make up every treatment,
- Assess which steps you are strong in,
- Highlight the steps you need to work on,
- Leave with an actionable plan for improvement.
- Increase repeat client visits and referrals in just 3 months.
This course is three hours long and includes a workbook and worksheets to develop your action plan. The course is kept to a maximum of 10 therapists to allow lots of opportunity for discussion and interaction and is a great way to bring your team together with group training at your clinic.
Signature Treatments:
For an entire clinic or individual therapist, I will work with you to develop your signature treatment for consistency in treatments and to best showcase your knowledge and skills. This treatment is done exactly the same way by all therapists and is the best of the best, exceeding your clients expectations. One on one training to a maximum of two therapists at a time. Career longevity course a pre requisite. Allow two days for training.
